  3. Hello. This is Miharu. I could enjoy hearing about Starbucks coffee. And also I like Starbucks coffee too. "cramel-frappuccino" is the best in for me. Starbucks coffee has variety of coffee so variety of people can enjoy there.
I went to Rhode Island in US’s Starbucks. I surprised about difference from Japan for example, kind of coffee and foods. However most surprised of me is there are many big sofas and like beds. Many people drinking coffee to lying and reading books. I got culture shock.
I also want to know how about Asia’s Starbucks like China or Korea.
Thank you for your good podcast.

In addition, I visited the 1st Starbucks Coffee whose symbol mark is old one in Seattle, America. It's very popular spot in Seattle and so crowded.
However, I didn't notice the differences between Japanese Starbucks and other countries', so I want to find defferences in Starbucks overseas

  11. Hi, this is Pam. I teach Japanese at the University of New Hampshire in the US. I'm a friend of Mr. Pals.
Last month I went to Japan for the first time in 6 years and was surprised at how many Starbucks there are now! I was disapointed that the Starbucks in Japan did not have free wi-fi like many coffee shops in the US.
My local Starbucks has a Green Tea Frappucino. Maybe it's not exactly the same as a Matcha Frappucino, but a little bit similar.
I usually just order coffee or a cafe misto (coffee and milk), but in the winter time the Starbucks around here sell Pumpkin Spice Frappuccinos and Peppermint Mocha Frappucinos. They are tasty.
